These were very good but my family is used to mini marshmellows on top of sweet potatoes and said I needed them on top. I would make again and top with the marshmellows. The filling was nice and creamy without being too sweet.

Thank You Pat and Gina - Your recipe complimented Guy's Blackenin Catfish main course my sweetie hooked up for our first Valentine's Day. All I could do was lean back in the chair after eating. She loves F/N and got me hooked. I'd love to create a F/N suprise for her. For now, keep doing what you do. Love You guys... DY - NJ

Was looking for something different to do with the sweet potatoes and tried this . It was simple and didn't take a whole lot of extra ingredients. My kid and boyfriend loved it will deff make this again and it was simple too.

This was very good. It tasted like pie. It would be a great recipe to make for guests. I agree with the person above. It may be better to cut the sweet potatoes in half to bake them. I only used four sweet potatoes because they were large and they took a long time to bake.

I have done this recipe now at least 4 times since the summer...my family requests it quite often and so do their friends. This was a big success at Thanksgiving...I LOVE IT!

These were so delicious, even some of my non-vegetable loving guests indulged in them and loved it. They are very rich and could easily be eaten as a dessert. Good make ahead recipe too.

I have won over my husband and friend to sweet potatoes with this recipe. I put the sweet potatoes in individual ramekins and topped them with marshmallows. Will definitely make this again.

I followed the recipe with yams, instead of sweet potatoes. This recipe was very easy and tasted great. A tip from Alton Brown's show for saving sweet potato or yam skins. Cut the potatoes in half and bake with skin for 45 minutes to an hour, than scoop out the insides to be refilled with the mixture.

The instructions are perfect and the taste is like pumpkin pie or sweet potato pie. Its a little sweet for my taste so I added extra salt. But this is perfect for the fall and very tasty.
