I was looking for a recipe for twice baked sweet potatoes as an alternative to my usual twice baked potato and I came across this one. It turned out wonderful and I will definitely make again. Thank you NEELYS!

Nobody in my family likes sweet potatoes except me. They were all worried. Not now! These were amazing. They are requested every week. Best I have ever had! Perfect! I made this, Gina's Best Collard Greens, and Ribs. It was spectacular. I love your show! I can't wait to watch it. Now, I am finally a cook too!

As a lover of sweet potatoes, this is one of the best we have had. We had someone over for dinner that isn't as crazy for sweet potatoes as us, and she loved it.

I just finished eating the sweet potato, and I tell you..it just blew me away. I didn't have any ginger spice, but it was really good even without it. I'll definetly make this again. It's a nice change to switch from the regular bake potato. I didn't follow the exact measurements because I only had 3 sweet potato. I just add the ingredients a little at a time and adjust according to my taste. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!

This is a wonderful sweet potato recipe. My skins fell apart so I put all the ingredients in a food processor for a few pulses and then baked them for 15 minutes in a buttered baking dish. It was like having a sweet potato souffle! The Neelys have fantastic recipes! Thanks.

The only thing I would suggest is using a hand mixer to incorporate the ingredients. Other than that, delicious!

I used reduced fat cream cheese and a little bit of honey instead of brown sugar and it was still delicious! Also used pumpkin pie spice instead of the individual spices.

I cook all the time for my boyfriend and I. He generally likes most of the food, but always has a comment on what could be done differently. With this recipe he had nothing to say! We both loved it, he even wanted it hte next day :-
    Thanks Neelys!

I love this new twist on sweet potatoes. The intermingling of flavors was a big hit; my friends ask me for the recipe. I slightly increased the brown sugar (I tend toward sweet and decreased the ginger. I love what the cream cheese added for this dish.

I highly recommend this recipe and I cannot wait to make this again for my next event. Delish!
