    I saw this episode and just happened to have everything on hand to make these. They are really good! Even my 3 y.o. daughter loved them! I only gave it 4 stars because they are a lot of work, but it is worth it!

    These are easy to make! My step dad said he is not a big sweet potato fan, but he said this recipe changed his mind!

    These are wonderful! I made them for a dinner party and everyone loved them! They have such a great flavor and are so creamy. Definently a keeper for all year long!

    Not the same old sweet potatoes. You may like this version. To the reviewer who was looking for "Gourmet Next Door" - Amy did not renew her contract with FoodNetwork and is now living in france.

    I have been on a search for the best sweet potato recipe. This is the 6th I have tried and the best so far. I didn't put back into shell (didn't need the presentation for the family, I just put back into casarole dish and into oven...easier.
