I am not sure how the Food Network rates recipes, and I was looking for something a bit challanging. But any reciepe with more then 15 ingredients might scare away the novice chef. I would never classify this one as easy.
After watching a rerun of the Worst Chef series I dicided to tackle both recipes tonight, this and the Teppenyaki Scallops.
My hubby gave both dishes a 5 star rating. My 24 year old son gave it a 4 star. I always go with the highest.
I followed the recipe exactly, and would not change anything. But the prep work is more like an hour than 20 minutes. The steaks turned out perfectly. The accompany vegtables were excellent. I added some Jasmine rice as a side. If you have the time and are craving some great tasting Bennihna like food, this is really, really good.
