My family typically adds salt, pepper and butter to their steaks prior to grilling. So, in an effort to appease their meat loving sides, I had them smell the marinade first. I agree with my dad in that it smelled like Italian dressing. If only it would marinate like Italian dressing. I say stick with the tried and true- if you want to use grill seasoning and no marinade, do it. Use Italian dressing alone. But, not this. To Paula- I could not cook a lick before I started watching you. Everything else I've made is absolutely stellar. Thank you so very much.

Delicious! The secret is the Worchestershire (W sauce. For the marinade I used the W sauce, pepper & garlic as the recipe instructed, but I also added thyme and salt. Then I wrapped the meat in plastic wrap to marinade. I grilled the steaks on an outdoor charcoal grill.

I will try anything of Paula's at lest once. This one I will try again. I think for the next time, I will use a little less garlic . The steak was lost. It was like " Where's The Beef ".
