The first time I made this we all ended up sitting around the bowl with spoons. It's simple and so tasty. It is strongly flavored, so people who don't like amaretto will likely give it a pass, but I'll often pair this with Nigella's Eton Mess recipe so everyone's happy. Yummy!

Although this recipe was easy, it was a bit heavy handed on the alchohol. You definately couldn't/shouldn't give it to anyone under the age of 21...

This looked too good to be true but I tried it and it was wonderful! I used coconut macaroons because they were easy to find but have also used little almond shortbread cookies. mmmmm

Very easy and yummy! I decided to make this dessert for a BBQ I hosted in at our home for my in-laws. This dessert was so refreshing, light and tasty. Everyone loved it and it was the perfect end to a nice dinner. It is definitely a keeper! Thank you Nigella for an awesome dessert that pleases.

this recipe is so easy to make and taste so delicious. I could not find the amaretto macaroons so I used some shortbread cookies and it was still divine.

Great, easy and delicious! I have made it many times for 4 or 6 people and last night for 60 people! It was still the easiest dessert EVER!
