    So easy and fast to make. I double the recipe and delete the boiled eggs. Completely delish!

    The dish is extremely aromatic, I didn't have all the flavors (lime leave, lime juice and cilantro due to lack of ingredients, but it still turned out wonderful.

    I had this recipe xeroxed from the book, but lost it; very glad to see it here now.

    This is simple to make and really tasty. Kedgeree may be traditionally for breakfast, but this is great for any meal, and idea lfor brunch. Wouldn't change a thing.
