Loved the creamy avocado with the light viniagrette. A keeper. Very nice with the salmon for more of an entree.

for those of you that felt that the pumpkin seeds were too salty, I suggested toasting some pinenuts instead.

Made this on a busy weeknight for dinner--it was so easy and yet surprisingly filling. And it was a wonderful mix of texture and flavors. I cut back on the pumpkin seeds a bit because ours were very salty; next time, I may cut them out all together--I don't know that they were necessary, the salad was wonderful without them!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this for a light dinner. It was easy and can be whipped up in 5 minutes for a different but delicious and healthy meal.

I love this salad! I have made it many times. It's different than the same old salads that are normally served and it has a lot of nutritional value, too, with the spinach, avocado and pumpkin seeds. One of my favorites!!!

I love the lightness of this salad. I had my doubts because there wasn't much of a dressing to it, but Nigella came up with a lime dressing that is awesome and this salad is a fine complement to any meal!

A little disappointed that my husband and I didn't like this one better, as it's quick and easy to prepare, and full of healthful ingredients that we like. We found the dressing a little too tart. As mentioned by another reviewer, the spinach started getting limp and soggy soon after I dressed the salad -- guessing it's the acidity of the lime juice.

This was an extremely easy-to-make and satisfying-to-eat salad. The dressing was light, tangy and delicious. My only problem with it was that the spinach got very soggy very quickly... next time I might try it on red-leaf lettuce.
