I just made this yesterday for a Sunday brunch. It was lovely. Good comments from everyone. I trebled the recipe and it was great. It was a nice side dish. Something a bit different. Very easy to make, which was good with the more time consuming eggs benedict. Would make it again.

I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, so I used a little Teriyaki instead. Parsley got a bit soggy, but added a nice herby taste to everything. Very yummy. Going back for seconds.

Wonderful, quick recipe - a kind of deconstructed BLT w/ a bit of "extras". Yes re: eat it hot so nothing gets soggy, and if you still have your party dress on, have a splatter screen handy:-...

I saw this on TV today and just had to try it. I am recently widowed and finding gourmet recipes for one is difficult. But this one is definitely a keeper. Made it for lunch today and can't wait to make it again. Yummy!

super easy, the worcestershire sauce is a nice touch and the chili sauce gives just the right amount of spicy heat!

Awesome mix of flavors! It's like a BLT sandwich for breakfast! YUM! I made this recipe exactly as directed, but I'd opt to remove half of the bacon fat before mixing in the tomatoes the next time I make this...all that bacon fat made me feel guilty.

I am hooked on this recipe! I love it for any meal - especially a late dinner. It is a great way to get tomatoes and all their healthy glory into those who normally don't care for cooked tomatoes. I love my hash with a large Organic/Cage-free "4 minute egg" (thanks Nigella for the cooking instructions in one of those cute little egg cups along with bread. I am thinking about trying to add a couple of beaten eggs to the mixture and scrambling the eggs soft, but I can't stand the thought of messing up Nigella's "hash" recipe.

Nigella was right, this really hits the spot. So easy to fix and so satisfying.
