    I tried this recipe and didn't see what all the fuss was about. I've done better roast chicken myself. The taste was okay kind of on the bland side. I've had better roast chicken from take out to tell you the truth. I like Nigella but this wasn't one of her better recipes.

    This recipe is so easy and simply...and most importantly tastes great! Definitely a keeper whenever I have buttermilk around.

    This was easy and so good. The chicken comes out really tender. Try a dash of cinnamon in the marinade.

    For such a simple recipe, and an ingredient list that seemed a bit odd to me, this was delicious! Definitely a keeper - thanks Nigella!

    What can I say? Easy, fast and fantastic. I doubled the recipe in the hopes there would be leftovers but...it was too good.

    I made the marinade and placed the chicken in the plastic freezer back in the morning before going to work. My husband came home before I did, turned the plastic bag of marinade over, preheated the oven and did the rest himself.

    It was great to come home and have dinner ready. The chicken was just out of the oven and tasted great.

    I followed the recipe and used only drumsticks. This made it fun for the kids! Everyone really enjoyed it -- the flavor was mild but with an occasional "pop" from pepper...and oh, so juicy! This is a keeper!

    I have to hand it to Nigella, this is a very good recipe I really enjoyed it and it was easy to make. So our little s.. kitten even knows how to cook. I will now be trying her other recipes.

    This recipe was as easy as can be and was so delicious. I marinated it for an entire day and then I made it for dinner and my boyfriend and I loved it. I'm looking forward to making it and taking it on a hike.
