These are delicious! There's quite a bit of prep work but it's worth it and the actual cooking time is pretty short.

A note on salt: some reviews find these too salty. This is a recurring issue with Nigella's recipes and I think it's because of the salt she uses. She calls for twice the amount of kosher salt as table salt. This ratio holds true for Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt. But Morton's Kosher salt is more commonly used and it is only slightly less salty than table salt. You use it amount-for-amount up to 1 tsp.; more than that, add 1/4 to the amount of table salt. So: if Nigella calls for 1 T. of kosher salt, use 1/2 T. table salt or 5/8 T. of Morton's kosher salt. Hope that helps!

Not bad, added only 1/2 a tablespoon of kosher salt since it seemed that 1 was too much. I also wouldn't add olive oil to the chicken for marinating. It never gave the lime a chance to sink in to the meat. Plus I had issues with the temperatures that the recipe called for when cooking the onion, way too hot. Other than that, pretty tasty.

A huge dissapointment. The salt ruined the chicken - the herbs didn't come through and overall I wouldnt even give it one star. Very frustrated! Will stick with Jamie in future sorry Nige!

Really good recipe! I've tried this recipe a few times & they have tasted wonderful every time. Very "restaurant style". I use a grill pan to make mine & use olive oil & garlic powder since I don't have "garlic flavored oil". I sometimes add diced garlic too, if I have it on hand. Very happy with this recipe!

Really easy to make and tasted authentic. I had my chicken with salad rather than in a tortilla and felt it was a tiny bit salty but still tasted gorgeous. The rest of my family had them in wraps and really enjoyed them. Thanks Nigella!

These are the most delicious fajitas I have ever made or tasted. Grilling made all the difference in the world, very flavorful! I didn't have coriander so I substituted dill but I was still wonderful! I definitely recommend this recipe!

I LOVED this recipe! I saw her make it on tv and I had to try it. It was excellent. I used corn tortillas and they made the dish. The chicken was flavorful and moist. Will be making this again!

I let the meat marinate for several hours. I used a little more than a teaspoon of cumin and oregano, each. The next time I believe I'll increase the amount of marinade for the meat because it went a little dry when I put it all in the skillet. I used only green peppers (its what I had on hand and used a small onion. I wished I had used more onion because it shrinks up after being in the pan so long. That being said, it was still lovely and delicious!
