    the receipe is simple, but i found them a little dry. the oil should be replaced with butter, they would be more moist. also, did not see salt listed as an ingredient, but i added a little

    We loved these muffins. They are so easy to make, they take hardly any effort at all. I also added a pinch of cinnamon for a little extra flavor.
