This fudge was amazing! And so easy to make. I added two tablespoons of butter to the recipe and it turned out great. I definitely recommend it.

This is my first time making this fudge. Couldn't find 70% chocolate so I used Ghiradelli 60% dark. Then I added salted/roasted pistachios. YUM! Gave it a really good sweet and salty combo that was to die for. I also sprinkled a touch of sea salt over the top while it was cooling. Sensational! I gave these away in my christmas tins with Alto Brown's peanut butter fudge and Paula Deen's pretzel bark.

Make this every year for Christmas- always a hit. Sometimes add tart dried cherry pieces to the fudge as a variation.

This gets raves from children and adults alike whenever I make it. The simplest and best tasting "fudge" recipe ever!

This is the ONLY fudge I have made since 2007! I love dark chocolate and this fudge really hits the spot for that chocolate craving. This is a very easy recipe. I did not make any changes to the recipe at all, but I have made it with different types of nuts. Pistachio is still my favorite.

I recommend pouring the candy into a light-weight aluminum pan for easy removal.

    Another great recipe from Nigella!!

Best invention for American and British cooks has to be Sweetned Condensed Milk!A creamy Chocolate Fudge with the consistency of peanut butter is what this recipe makes for All. Nigella Lawson may not believe she is a "proper cook", I beg to differ since I have Every Cookery book she has in print!

Loved these, and easy to make! I substituted various nuts like almonds.

Gave the recipe to a friend and he mistakenly put in salted nuts, but he let me try one and it was surprisingly good. I guess the sweet/salty/bitter mix resulted in a good combination.

Delicious and easy. I made this recipe using toasted walnuts instead of pistachios and it came out great. I added 2TBS butter while the chocolate was melting and it blended in fine and made the fudge glossy. I shared the fudge with neighbors, and they really enjoyed it. It was simple and fast. I will definitely make again

This is a tasty and super easy way to make fudge, with much less sugar and processed goods than other fudge recipes. For those struggling with the "butter" mystery, I recommend melting 1-2tbsp butter into the pan first; then incorporate the melted butter with the condensed melt; adding the chips last (like other fudge recipes seems to help with the setting process. And yes, the fudge comes out tasty, and silky smooth . . . like a fudge truffle.
