Loved these, and easy to make! I substituted various nuts like almonds.

Gave the recipe to a friend and he mistakenly put in salted nuts, but he let me try one and it was surprisingly good. I guess the sweet/salty/bitter mix resulted in a good combination.

Delicious and easy. I made this recipe using toasted walnuts instead of pistachios and it came out great. I added 2TBS butter while the chocolate was melting and it blended in fine and made the fudge glossy. I shared the fudge with neighbors, and they really enjoyed it. It was simple and fast. I will definitely make again

This is a tasty and super easy way to make fudge, with much less sugar and processed goods than other fudge recipes. For those struggling with the "butter" mystery, I recommend melting 1-2tbsp butter into the pan first; then incorporate the melted butter with the condensed melt; adding the chips last (like other fudge recipes seems to help with the setting process. And yes, the fudge comes out tasty, and silky smooth . . . like a fudge truffle.

I watch Nigella make this Fudge sunday morning, I watch her put 2 table spoons of butter into the choclate stir everything together then pour into a pan I did the same thing it never harden up, it was runny, then I tried it with out the butter same thing what a waste of time and money, If I try a cooks recipe and it fails I will not try another recipe, Nigella needs to make sure her recipes are typed correctly and are full proof! I won't try her recipes again if I could post 1/2 star I would. Shame on Nigella and her team

I'd like this recipe better if the ingredients were more clear. For example, 2 cups if you are using chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and add the butter to the recipe!

This is the best fudge...I make it every year and put it in mini cupcake papers so it remains seperated from the rest of my christmas cookies. I freeze whatever I don't use and it keeps for quite some time!

Super easy recipe, I've never made fudge before and so glad I found this recipe. The pistachios add a great salty crunch to it as well. Definitely recommend this to everyone for the holidays.
