I really liked the nuts with the chocolate, but I would of liked a creamier product. I've made it twice and prefer to use equal amounts of chocolate and pistachios.

Mine came out very soft. I'm not sure why. But it tastes very good.

instead of using 12 oz. of chocolate it is equvalent to 2 cups of chocolate chips
    1/2 cup = 3 oz.

This recipe is very fast and easy. It took literally minutes to put together and then it was in the fridge chilling to set up.

The flavor is divine. It's very rich, so a little goes a long way and, as mentioned in another review, you can use whatever flavors you wish. I also made it with semi-sweet chocolate and walnuts. My very picky husband enjoyed it tremendously!

Super fast and easy. Tastes delicious - I was surprised at how good it tastes bc of how easy it was - and I am very picky about my fudge. Another brilliant Nigella recipe.

For being such a simple recipe, this turns out delicious candy. I used walnuts instead of pistachios and added a teaspoon of vanilla extract when I added in the nuts. It made a huge amount and it held up well in the fridge. I was able to serve it at a couple of gatherings over the course of a week.

It's not on this website, but you need to add 2 tablespoons of butter to the melting chocolate and condensed milk to help smooth it out.

The first tester batch I made I used the suggested amount of Pistachios. Too much, IMO and I like Pistachios. If I were to make it again with nuts I'd put in about half what the recipe calls for.

I made up a bunch more without any nuts at all its fantastic.
