I am so happy that this is such an easy recipe and it is so yummy! I did exactly what Nigela did and cut it up and put it in clear holiday bags and tied it with raffia and gave it to my co-workers and neighbors. They loved it! Thank you!!

I love the way this is soooo quick and simple, it tasted fabulously wonderful and satisfying. I always wanted to make fudge but didnt want to go thru the whole process. This recipe is great!

The fudge came out great, and was very creamy. I made it to give out to my coworkers for Christmas. I will definitely make this again.

turned out wonderful. I used semi-sweet chocolate and pecans instead of pistachio. Stays a creamy consistency in the fridge.

These were so good and the chocolate flavor is fantastic. To the woman who thought she used unsweetened condensed milk: that is labeled evaporated milk. All condensed milk is sweetened.

Super easy and super yummy! I made the fudge, put it in the freezer and then took it out after a bit solid and rolled them into small balls. Then I rolled them in cocoa and confectioners sugar. The most impressive fudge truffles in the most satisfyingly easy way of making them! Nigella is the Best!

Made some for the office from some chocolate bars I had left over and a can of chocolate sweetened condensed milk from discount store....several people said it's the best fudge they'd eaten......This is a keeper!!

I make a lot of recipes off the Food Network, and have never had an issue before, but this recipe needs to be corrected to ask for SWEETENED Condensed Milk, not just plain condensed milk. I wondered about it, because I'd watched her make it, and it looked like it wasn't plain condensed milk on the show. So I made it as the recipe says, and I have a 9x9 pan of goop with soggy nuts and wasted $15 of terrific bittersweet chocolate.
