The fish tasted good with the "greenery", however, the end product was pretty dry and difficult to keep on the chips.

I've always been afraid of ceviche, but tried this recipe because I love Nigella's food. This was SO simple and incredibly good--served it with those "scoop" chips and it was a HUGE hit. Very different, very refreshing; a great recipe for the summer. I microwaved the limes to get all the juice out; and I also used pepperocini for a less intense heat.
