My husband and I enjoyed this very much for a light summer meal. The dressing I would make a double batch of it is that good.

I make the recipe with good quality canned salmon and it is AMAZING! This was the first time I tried arugula too, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I've been addicted to this salad for about 6 months now. It is such a great recipe because it is so versatile. It seems as though I change it up a bit every time I make it. I've been adding lime and soy to the dressing to give it an excellent flavor. I take a small 1/4 or 1/2 tsp. to make little balls out of the avacado. Cute and you get a taste in every bite. It also travels well for lunches. Yum :

I made it for my cousins' gathering house party. It was an easy and on-the-go salad! Everyone asks me what's in the dressing tasted so good! I double everything in the dressing to make it more for the salad leaves.

This was very good, with the flavors remaining distinct yet complimentary. Agreed that more dressing is needed. I think more vinegar in the dressing would do it, because the mirin is plenty sweet as-is. I squeezed more lime juice over the avocado once plated, plus a very small sprinkle of kosher salt. This will become a quick go-to recipe for me!

This is an excellent salad that works as either a starter or an entree. Very easy to make with a wow factor. But be warned, using as much wasabi as Nigella does might be a bit much for some - add about half as much as the recipe calls for and add more to your taste. Also, the salad is a bit dry with only this amount of dressing. I made extra.

Great receipe; and easy to make (even after a long day at work. Would definitely recommend making twice the amount of dressing--it's great.

not enough dressing, so it makes salad too dry. Flavor overall was nothing to make me want to say "make again."

Different and very tasty, needs more dressing, however, I will be making this recipe often. Love your show and recipes, and always make sure I don't miss either one.
