I just made this last night. Very tasty and crunchy. My chops were thicker and frenched, so they took a little longer. I also used panko since I did not have any regular bread crumbs on hand. Anyway, they were perfect. The salad was very garlicy which I loved... I also used spinach and mixed greens. I added some very thinly slice red onion, as well as shaved Grana Padano cheese with some goat cheese. it was creamy and real tasty. this is now my favorite go to recipe for a quicky supper for myself.
    Thanks Nigella

OMG. My hubby and I love pork chops and this is the best fried pork chops we have ever had. I am a veteran cook so I have tried many recipes for fried pork chops. Something about the hint of oregano and the dijon mustard. This is a keeper recipe!

My daughter, who does not eat a thing, gobbled these pork chops up like they were the best thing she ever had! They were very crispy and had great flavor. I did not make the salad, but that sounds great as well.

Delicious. If you are afraid of it being bland, add more salt, pepper, oregano and mustard to the egg. Add more parmesan to the bread crumbs. If it's burning, take it off the flame and let the oil cook without heat and cook only five minutes. Use a high-wall saute pan. I did all the above. And squeeze some lemon on the chops when you serve them. Yum.
This was the first time I ever friend meat and it was amazing. Thanks.
Now, I can imagine a chicken fried steak from this, shrimp with coconut, or calamari!

Very easy though the flavors in the egg coating didn't come through as strongly as I thought. Nice and moist pork chop though!

Family loved this dish. I didn't pound my meat as i felt meat was thin enough and they came out great. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!

Absolutely tasty! A quick and easy dish for a weeknight meal - or any night for that matter. I doubled the dressing and added thinly sliced red onion to the tomato mixture and allowed everything to macerate while I cooked the pork chops (boneless and pounded thin. For the reviewers that found this "too garlicky" c'mon the recipe title states "garlicky". If anything I tripled the garlic. The lemony dressing is also a perfect foil to the rich breaded pork. Yum!
