I've never cooked pork chops before and felt like this was the perfect starter recipe to learn how. Maybe not the most spicy or flavorful pork chops ever, but they cooked nicely and turned out exactly like they were supposed to. Cool!

I liked the salad but either a I added too much garlic, or b I'm really sensitive to garlic, because it tasted a little too garlic-y. I'll probably try to cut down next time. However, my eight year old daughter LOVED the salad--and she's not a huge fan of too spinach, so go figure!

A perfect easy meal to make for beginner cooks.

DECLICOUSLY CRISPY! I crave this 7 days a week. I used pita bread & there is really no subsitute for its crispiness it lends. Seasoning the pork w/white pepper before breading is the only change I've ever done.

Actually substituted chicken breasts for my boyfriend and they were terrific - moist on the inside, flavorful and super crunchy on the outside. The leftovers (made a larger batch than the recipe called for were terrific cold straight from the fridge - like cold fried chicken eaten with both hands! The salad is a delight - simple quality ingredients that just burst in your mouth.

The pork chops are amazing and the salad is just perfect with it. My husband and I both wanted another one and our chops were 10 oz. each! What a great recipe.

Not to sure bout this one... The lemon juice really over powers everything. It's kind of a weird taste...

We have had this pork chop and spinach salad three times within a two week period! Never get enough of a good thing.

I made the pork chops for my very picky husband tonight and he loved it! The only thing I really changed was I added a pinch of garlic salt and used Giada's technique for her Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops- parmesan, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs. I also cooked my pork chops for about 3.5 minutes on each side but they were kind of small so it may take others a little longer. Definitely give it a try!

I made this tonite for the first time. Boyfriend and 7 y-o stepson both LOVED it. My boyfriend wanted a second chop. (But, alas, there were only 3! He's not a salad eater, but the 7 y-o and I really liked the simple spinach and tomato salad. The only thing I think I will do next time is add some garlic to the chops, and maybe a tad more mustard. But this is definitely staying in the recipe box!
