My pork chops are usually pretty dry.. Decided to check this out, and this was unbelievable! I used panko instead and from there pretty much followed the recipe. I decided to try the salad to see what lemon and garlic can do as a dressing on it's own and it was delicious! I added white onions to the salad and that was a hit as well. I think the lemon takes the sharpness out of the raw garlic and makes it very tolerable. Oh, I did add a tbsp of olive oil, a dash of vinegar and a dash of red wine vinegar. So fast and easy! This recipe is a must try!

Amber - Nigella was eating the fried fat that she cut off the pork chops. Some cooks fry this up; it is pork rinds.

If you go to the Food Network page and type in Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops in the "Search Box" at the top of the page you can get Giada's recipe. It is OUTSTANDING. Read my review on Page 4 (Review #72 dated 2/26/2009 entitled Easy, Excellent Ecstasy. I watched the show when Giada made these and she used a Nonstick Frying Pan. Be sure to use 6 Tablespoons oil for 4 pork chops or 3 Tablespoons oil for 2 pork chops. The recipe can be a bit confusing concerning this. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RECIPE. This recipe looks good and I can't wait to try it. Does anyone know what she was eating at the end of the show, during her late night snack? Thanks!

The kids even ate these pork chops! They hate everything so this is a 5 star recipe in my book. Delicious!

Made this per the recipe and my 4yr old ate an entire chop herself. I don't normally care for chops, but loved this recipe and will make it again and again.

I am trying to shed some 25 lbs that creeped up on me since I have been so happily married since January, so I did not do the fried pork chops, what I did do was some grilled chicken in place of pork chops but what made it was the Garlicky Spinach and tomato salad!! I have to have spinach for the iron since I am anemic so I really wanted to try this recipe..My tastes are complex so I added 1/2 of a medium red onion, diced, 1/2 green bell pepper diced and some balsamic vinegar to taste to this salad and it ROCKED! Once I shed the extra lbs, I will add a little cheese to the dish and throw the chicken on top and have a wonderfully flavorful dish with all the great vitamins and nutrients without sacrificing the flavor!

This recipe is definitely a keeper! The pork chops were juicy and tender, the salad was fantastic (I added some feta cheese on mine and I had a side of rice and brocoli with cheese.

    Absolutely sublime....
