My husband and I both liked this recipe and it was pretty easy to make - I was hoping for a little more flavor on the pork chop but the fried crust was delicious. I also felt like frying the pork made the natrually tough meat even tougher...
Overall, not a bad dinner and I will make it again.
Loved the spinach salad too - the lemon and garlic vinegarette was delicious and so fresh tasting - a perfect compliment to the somewhat heavy pork chop!

Made exactly as it reads. the salad was much better then I expected! if you use olive or conola oil instead of nut oil, it works, but it doens't take as long to heat up so use a lower heat for the 5-7 minutes of cook time. Great Dinner!

The crunchy crust, as many other reviewers attested to, burned after 4 minutes, despite following the "sizzling cube of bread" test called for in the recipe. Frightened of setting off my smoke alarm, I browned the second side, and then resorted to the microwave to finish. The pork chops weren't "bad", just boring. The salad too, was just so-so. Fresh, yes. Inventive - tasty- OMG delicious - not so much.

I have been looking for a good breaded pork loin recipe - and this is it. I used a boneless pork loin chop and butterflied it before pounding, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. It's even good in a sandwich. Who knew I'd have to look to England to find a good "Hoosier" breaded pork loin?

These pork chops are great - a nice blend of spices and flavors in the breading and egg dip, easy to cook, and crowd-pleasing. I'm not much of a salad fan, but this one is probably the best I've ever made, simply because it uses a mere handful of fresh, quality ingredients rather than getting its flavor from a preservative-laden bottled dressing. I'd eat a big bowl of the salad just by itself, and that's saying something.
Overall, another winning, easy recipe from Nigella. Great for a weeknight when you want something a little more interesting than Hamburger Helper.

this recipe is so easy, so flavorful
and satisfying. I literally crave
it every week. The salad is a must
to go with the pork chops. You don't
even need a starch side to go with this
meal. The pork chops and so crunchy
and not greasy suprisingly. MUST TRY!

I made the spinach salad for a baby shower and it was a HUGE hit! It was easy and the flavours together were magnificent. I also added feta cheese and kalamata olives to it, and I think it made it even better. I can't wait to make it again.
