I didn't try the spinach/tomato salad, but the pork chops were awesome. The seasonings in the dredging and breading added a wonderful flavor to the pork. The cooking time provided was appropriate for the thickness of the meat. Great recipe!

If you like lemon and garlic you will love this spinach salad. We eat it at least twice a week, it really is an amazing salad. Simple yet delicious.

Very easy to prepare, did the whole thing while chatting with a friend! The salad is fabulous and would go with so many different dishes.

This recipe is not only super tasty but also really quick and easy. When we make it at home, we add a little more cheese to the chops, substitute arugula for the spinach, use panko unstead of regular bread crumbs, and fry in 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil (instead of 1 cup. It's a recipe we've made several times in the last couple months. The acid from the lemon and tomatoes complements the spiciness of the arugula and the natural pork flavor beautifully. Thanks Nigella!

I adore Nigella, and have added heaps of her recipes to my collection. This is not to be one of them. I found the pork tough, flavourless, and over greasy. I tried it again using more parmesan, mustard and oregano, and still nothing. And the smoke alarm went off both times, so the oil was definitely hot!

    Salad was beautiful.
I think I need to get thinner pork as it was a little burned on the outside by the time the inside was cooked.
    My husband LOVED it
