So it's not for everyday but this is just fabulous. I must confess I did use panko crumbs.

I have been a confirmed hater of pork chops since I was a child. My husband and children like them, and I love Nigella, so I decided to give this recipe a try. Delicious. I was shocked at how well I liked them, and the children have already requested that I make them again.

These looked and sounded so good but eating it wasn't what I expected. It was greasy and the meat was tough.

That's all I have to say about this. I couldn't taste the oregano, the mustard, or anything. It was just a crispy piece of rather unremarkable pork.
It makes a good base for putting other stuff on it, though. I seasoned liberally with some cajun seasoning and it worked out well. My wife dipped it in dijon mustard and liked it.

I love pork, but rarely eat it because it's always so dry. This recipe is great because the chops come out crunchy and moist. A little more mustard works well.

The flavors of the chops and salad are so wonderful together. Will definitely prepare again.
