    This is a great dinner to make quickly. The pita bread crumbs make a wonderful crust on the chops, and the spinach and tomato salad pair really well with it. Will definately make again.

    These pork chops were spectacular. Crispy and juicy. Maybe it was the mustard...it had such a great flavor. Didn't make the salad, but will try that soon.
