Really easy and delicious! The only thing I did differently is I didn't have any vanilla sugar made so instead I just used plain sugar with a small dash of vanilla.

This was really yummy, however it did not look great because I followed the suggestion of several of the reviewers and used balsamic instead of pomegranate and the result was the cream turned a dirty brown colour instead of having ribbons of red... stick with the pomegranate!!!

This was easiest & most refreshing dessert I've made to serve at dinner gathering. It was without doubt a smash. Everyone wanted seconds. Since I had some extra cookies left, I added to the top of each childs' dessert. They loved the extra crunch & sweetness.

I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I've made it three times in the last month alone and am making a monster batch for a gathering this weekend. It's ridiculously easy and tastes like a million bucks.

I've been using balsamic instead of pomegranate juice (since I always have that on hand and it turns out perfectly. In some ways, I actually prefer to eat it the day after (I always have leftovers. The crunchiness of the meringue is gone, but the cream is even MORE voluptuous.

    The PERFECT spring/summer dessert!

I loved this! I made it for a dinner party last week and it was wonderful. I used balsamic vinegar with the strawberries, which is a combo that I love! This turned out great.

This recipe is quick, easy and looks so elegant. I served it in Margarita glasses to give a "wow" factor. Everyone loved it!

I made this many times now - it was quick and easy with great results.
I have used balsamic vinegar as a substititue when I did not have Pomegranate Juice and it was fine. I also have used orange juice and orange zest as a subustitiue for the vingear and pomegranate juice and that worked well also.
Everyone loved it and could not believe how simple it was. Great dessert when you don't have alot of time.

I had to use balsamic vinegar instead of the pomegranite juice. This did not seem to pose a problem at all. It is light, yet with weight...hard to describe

The recipe is so easy and yet it tastes complex and difficult. It will make you look like a star. I loved it.

This is dead simple but is comforting and looks impressive. I make the "Massacre in a Snowstorm " version from her Feast cookbook when pomegranates are in season.
