    I am a picky eater but I LOVED these. Very simple to make, few ingredients. Even my three year old gobbled these up. Make more than you think you need! I also used the non stick foil. Came out perfect and crispy.

    I have always failed cooking any kind of potato. It's always either tasteless or too dry. But this one is a keeper. Now I know i can make a potato dish for my family. Love it!!!!!

    I've made this recipe a couple times now, modifying it to fit my taste (I am a bit of a garlic fiend, and both times, I wish I'd made more. I'd say more, but I need to go and eat it before it gets cold! Hooray Nigella! Thank you!

    I altered this recipe a little, instead of whole cloves I used minced garlic. Once cooked I sprinkled w/Kosher Salt and grated Parmesiano Regiano. They were soooo good!!!
