I made tis pie but I halved the recipe and placed it onto a smaller dish. Instead I used yogurt stirred with some coffee instead of the ice cream.

There is just no way this can be bad! The base is graham crackers, butter, and chocolate. The filling is coffee ice cream, and the top is a divine, bourbon laced butterscotch sauce! It is absolutely killer. Its ease of assembly and long feezer life make it a great thing to do ahaead and just whip out whenever you need a dazzling dessert!
I have made this multiple times. The first few I did it in a regular 9 inch pie plate as suggested. I have found it much easier to use a 9 inch, high sided spring form tart pan. But both work....your choice!
