This was a delicious meal, but I found that both the couscous and the salmon coating were too salty for us. Next time, I will start with half the salt and work from there.

this was one of the best salmon recipes I have had. lovely flavor and the couscous with cherry tomatoes was a great side dish. my husband does not care for salmon but he admitted this was good. Thanks Nigella!

Only cooked the couscous - Yummy - we added a chilli to give it a bit of kick and that worked really well.

Delish! Salmon can get a little dull if you eat it often but this is great. Made the couscous recipe with Quinoa and its gorgeous! will definitely be on the regular meal schedule from now on. Yum! (I also cut the salt by half.

This is delicious! My only issue is you have to give yourself time to do what Nigella recommends as far as preparing the ingredients. I didn't have much time to do what she instructed and I had bowls and ingredients all over the place.
The flavor is light and just right. It would make an excellent dish for spring or summer meals. I agree with LynnWestbay_119, cut the salt if you want to keep the sodium content down. I used sea salt not table salt because that's my preference.

It is a really tasty dish. Cut salt by 1/2 and the cousous was still too salty. Other than that it's a winner
