    Could not be more easy.Most have items already.Those in the South will see a comparison to to Wilted Spinach salad.Farther from the Truth.Taste even Better.Crisp and Warm.Like this with Garlic Bread.A small bowl of Pasta by itself and All tastes Divine.A bite of each and all mingle.Lovely...

    I made this salad to accompany our Christmas dinner, last night. My husband and I thought it was very tasty and enjoyed it very much. Because it was only the two of us, I halved the recipe. I used parmesan cheese, which was a lovely compliment to the pancetta. I did not have red wine vinegar on hand, so I subbed a sherry balsamic vinegar that I had in my pantry. It actually went quite well with it's touch of sweetness. This is definitely a recipe we will enjoy again and again. Thank you Ms. Lawson for a fabulous recipe!

    My family loves this salad & I make it for almost all of our get togethers. It's easy, quick to make and I always have the ingredients on hand.
