I made this for my family and it was delicious the chicken was tasty and the flavor was wonderful, I added yellow peppers and sweet potatoes the first time I made this and the second time I made it with Idaho potatoes and it was delicious!

I made this last night and was very pleased with the results. I used sweet potatoes instead of white, and thyme instead of parsley. It is so easy and delicious - a humble but satisfying meal!

Very yummy. You may think that there is too much onion or garlic added but it's there for a reason and it's not too powerful at all. New favorite for sure.

This is an extremely easy meal to make. I wish the chicken would have come out with a crunchier skin. Next time I will pan sear for a few minutes to brown it up, otherwise this is a great meal.

Ran out of room in the 2 pans I had, but it was very good. I added some extra seasoning to the meat and veggies after they were in the pan. It was one of the easiest dishes I've made.

I tried this with boneless, skinless breasts.

This dish threw me for a loop. I baked it for 45 minutes and the chicken didn't seem done. Granted, I might have loaded my baking dish up a little high, but anyway.

I ended up finishing the dish off by putting it under the broiler for about ten minutes. The peppers roasted and the chicken browned, and it was awesome.

I also used dried herbs de provence, which was awesome. My husband loved it.

I tried this recipe right after watching the show - its excellent. The show used thyme instead of parsley, which I would recommend. Excellent and inexpensive.

This was easy and really great. I added a diced sweet potato. I didn't have 3 red peppers (only 1/2 but I will add that later on. This would be a great buffet/company easy dish. I will definitely make this often. Husband loved it; juices were sweet and flavorful.
