Saw the show Saturday, cooked the meal Sunday. This is so good and great for either family sit downs or on the go schedules as it reheats easily - packs well for office lunch, too. A definite keeper!

I made this recipe using two chicken breasts and it turned out delicious. Because I didn't have any Sage, I used an Italian Seasoning mix as well. I will definitely be making this again! Nigella's show is so refreshing...my husband and I will definitely be faithful viewers!

This is so tasty - well worth the time. I sued hot turkey sausage instead of the sweet sausage Nigella used on the show and chicken thighs. It was delicious! Spoon the sauce in the dish over the chicken before you serve to keep it extra moist. The meat will fall off the bone.

Perfect Sunday dinner. I used Italian sausage which added wonderful flavor to the chicken. Highly recommend the receipe!

I have never roasted chicken and sausages, but they are practically made for eachother. The fat from the sausages really does roast the chicken better, and the sage and onion give really wonderful flavor. And the roasted garlic cloves are amazing when squeezed out of their skins and smeared on hot toast.
