Incredible and easy dish. I wish that I had added some fresh rosemary, garlic and more salt to the dish. I served this with a big mixed green salad topped with blue cheese, cashews, strawberries, apple and bacon. Quite a hit!

This was a wonderful dish! It was beautiful and delicious. I made it for a family gathering and when it came out of the oven, there were "ooh's" and "wow's". In addition to the chicken and apple sausage, I also had a few green onion brats and they all turned out fabulous!

This recipe is from Nigella's cooking show a few years back. Still one of my families favorite dishes served with jasmine rice. She is an amazing chef!

This is the best chicken recipe easy to prepare and to cook. I leave out the sausage, because I found the chicken had more than enough fat. I've made it for friends and they love it.

This is the yummiest recipe I've eaten in a while. Easy to cook. I used regular onions instead of scallions, didn't have any and it came out just the same. I watched the first and then followed recipe, that always helps. Our family doesn't eat pork, so I substituted beef metts instead.

This is the only recipe I've ever taken the time to rate (and I'm on this site a lot! It's soooo good! I have made this a few times since I saw the show air and everyone loves it! I always have my butcher joint a chicken and then buy and add some bone in/skin on thighs or legs which are always on sale. Next time, I'm throwing in fennel and quartered red potatoes and see how that works too.
I could easily make this once a week!
    Thank you Nigella!!!
