made 2 dishes one with blueberries and one without. The fruit is key. cut down on the milk. 2 cups 1% milk and 1/3 cup half and half, added a lot more bread than on original recipe. doubled the challah bread. I cut the bread the night befoer and left it out to as well. Came out amazing. I did 1/4 cup of maple syrup to the recipe as well. more than enough. don't forget the salt it is very important. Giada is the best!

Ive served this to guests as a light dessert during the summer and they loved it, especially after something somewhat heavy , whats better and refreshing then fresh fruit and yogurt its great.

Just the thing for post holiday eating. This was light but delicious and makes you feel good just eating it. I love recipes that are healthy but not super diet and so devoid of fat and calories that there is no taste. This recipe found a good balance between healthy and flavorful.
