We're not huge pea fans in the house but this recipe was great. I tried it with butter lettuce, but it's really incredible with spring mix with herbs. I use the whole pound container of spring mix. I serve this dish often to family & friends.

Much tasier than plain-old-peas. Went really well with the One Pan Chicken, Sausage, Onion & Sage bake from this same episode. Very lovely, will also make again!!!!

Nice way to spice up frozen bagged veggies with very little work. My husband (who hates peas even said they were good!

i was enjoying the Nigella Lawson's tv show and was intrigued about the combination of petite peas & butterhead lettuce. i went to the Food Network and printed the recipe, went grocery shopping, made it for my family , and it was a wonderous hit. Very easy to make, and very tasty. my one addition to the recipe was shallots, just because i had them and needed to use them. i will make this recipe again, soon. thanks Nigella and the Food Network.

Easy to prepare and smelled wonderful!
I added a tad more peas than the recipe called for. Turned out well.
