Very, very good! Don't scrimp on the pomegranate seeds - the loveliness of this recipe depends on all those bursts of sweetness! Definitely a keeper.

This is the perfect condiment to the Mughlai Chicken. So easy, and harvesting the pomegranate is fun!

This is a wonderful combination, try a little sugar in Raita, it brings out the flavor of the pomegranate seeds and juice. I also served it with Roti, an Indian flatbread.

This recipe is great. If you want a change from cucumber or corianer raita try this. It's cooling and colorful. A little bit of chopped chile will add a little bit of bite.

Perfect pairing with the spices of an Indian meal.
