    The addition of scallions to my normal, rather boring cheese quesadillas made all the difference. Wow!

    Made this last night for the kids "sans jalapenos" and they absolutely loved it. So quick, easy and tasty I'll be making this more often for them. Ole' Nigella!

    After a total failure with another chef's recipe, we tried Nigella's and loved them! WOW, who knew? Loved the ease of making these, love the bite of jalapeno peppers and so pleased how they turned out. We added some sour cream along with the salsa. A great lunch, dinner or casual entertaining dish.

    I usually think quesadillas need to be complicated--these were INCREDIBLY easy and still tasted so unique. I used wheat tortillas and mont. jack cheese and it was perfect. I had also used pepperocini because I was using them in the ceviche recipe. I served it with salsa, but no one used the salsa--it was perfect alone.

    These are so fast, easy and delicious -- great with either sour cream or salsa. Delicious takeoff on the classic grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Thanks, Nigella!

    I'm not usually a fan of flour tortillas or quesdillas, but this recipe is amazing. The flavors mix beautifully and it is very easy to prepare. Delicious quick dinner. Serve with sour cream on the side.

    I made them with flat out wraps as I didn't have any tortillas and left out cilantro as I didn't have it. None the less they really were good. I will definitely do them again.
