What a fresh and delicious idea. Working on that Greek yogurt, having used a heavier variety, which I could thin out with a little water. Been a while for the person challenged below this post, but the oatmeal ingredient is "oatmeal cookies," which are crumbed as a layer. 1 star for this? Pretty obviously one of those pest (nice word for it posters. It's hard to believe anyone is as dense as their comments. If you have a question, why not at least middle-range the rating rather than dock the recipe for your own obtuseness ?? No, iIt's a nasty gram ... Sad.

This was too simple to make. It took me all of 5 minutes to make this healthier version of a parfait. I did use vanilla yogurt instead of plain, and it was a hit with the family. Perfect for busy moms trying to get the kids out the door in the morning.
