Excellent, this was our Friday night feast and although Nigella used zinfandel/rose on tv, the recipe calls for vermouth or white wine. Next time I'll use a zinfandel to add more sweetness to the dish. Nigella reigns in Norwalk, CT.

HOLY S***T!! I watched the episode on the Food Network......did that chick just reach in and eat a shrimp without peeling it? Does everyone else eat shrimp with the shell on? I had to rewind 5 times to make sure I wasn't mistaken. Don't get me wrong...I will try anything...but does the shell really taste good??

It was the best recipe I made from Food Network. Besides tasty, it was the easiest ever. AMAZING. Thanks, Nigella.

I made this dish for Sunday supper. It could not be easier or more delicious. I substituted one pound of sea scallops for the squid, but otherwise followed the recipe to a t. With three hungry boys in the house, this disappeared FAST. I will make it again, it couldn't have been better! Try it!

I finally decides to make this, I tweaked the recipe a little, substituted sea scallops for the squid, and added whole baby bella mushroom and a little new orleans cajun spice, and just a little garlic butter, I't was absolutely delicious. I will most definitely make this again

Absolutely fantastic. I used scallops in place of the clams. My husband was sooo impressed when I placed the pan on the table. Will make again for company!

This is an ingenious way to get all types of seafood on the table without slaving over a stove. Thanks Nigella!

Outstanding!! Great flavors and it felt healthy. I also had trouble with the clams opening. May nuke them first next time. I also completely peeled the shrimp and the lemon. She's amazing!

Very tasty and easy to make. Relatively inexpensive too. The whole dish is under $10 that feeds the whole family. I took the the whole roasting pan out and my child's friend said,"this looks just like a restaurant dish!" and we all chowed down the whole thing. Delicious.
