it was very delicius!!!!! I added jicama, cucumber, carrot, coleslaw mix and a litle bit of fresh ginger, u wont regrated

Very good!, hot or cold. Could use a bit more peanut sauce but overall very light and great with chicken lettuce wraps.

I love this recipe.. very useful for entertaining or a casual lunch.I use less noddes (1 pack is plenty and about half the ammount of peanut butter, and you can vary the vegetables as much as you like.
goes very well with chicken kebabs

I love this recipe.
The sauce is a little thick so I add some pasta water to thin it out a bit. Sometimes I spice it up a bit by adding a little chili sauce.
I've also switched up the vegetables by doing it with just broccoli and scallions.
It's good and super fast!
