    I hear that Italians cringe at the idea of cream being added to carbonara... but this recipe is delicious! You have to have everything pretty much mise-en-place, work fast, and eat immediately when ready!

    This was the first spaghetti carbonara recipe that I attempted that actually worked the way it was supposed to, and it was a revelation. Now, I get why people like carbonara so much! Great and fast recipe, although even following this recipe exactly, I feed four people with it.

    This recipe is so completely satisfying and delicious -- it is definitely one of my favorites. I also like david rocco's recipe for this -- especially breaking the raw egg on top -- but Nigella's version is my favorite. Hands down -- this is a winner!

    This is a simple, yet Tummy filling recipe. Full Flavours with ingredients as listed. Please try to find Pasturised eggs or boil a couple of minutes. Just in case someone tends to not tolerate under cooked Eggs if Pasta is not Hot Enough to cook Yolks.Very filling,delicious late at night dish when haven't eaten that Evening.

    Of all the recipes I've tried for this dish....My Darlin' Nigella has THE ONE!!!! Everything came out perfect..My pasta was perfect, my eggs didn't scramble, my cream didn't curd. This recipe is the best and the only I'll use from now on!!!! Thanks Nigella!!
