This is a simple, yet Tummy filling recipe. Full Flavours with ingredients as listed. Please try to find Pasturised eggs or boil a couple of minutes. Just in case someone tends to not tolerate under cooked Eggs if Pasta is not Hot Enough to cook Yolks.Very filling, delicious late at night dish when haven't eaten that Evening.

Of all the recipes I've tried for this dish....My Darlin' Nigella has THE ONE!!!! Everything came out perfect..My pasta was perfect, my eggs didn't scramble, my cream didn't curd. This recipe is the best and the only I'll use from now on!!!! Thanks Nigella!!

So simple, so easy and sooooo good!! My family loves this, and it's one of the few recipes I don't mess around with much. I do use bacon most of the time because I have a hard time getting good pancetta, and occasionally I'll throw in some minced garlic or shallots when I add the wine, but that's as much as I'll deviate. I do my best to keep the ingredients for this on-hand at all times because it *is* so quick and so well-loved at my house. When I'm at a loss for what to cook after a long day at work, this is definitely a go-to dish!

Great easy recipe. My husband's favorite thing to order out at an Italian restauant is Spaghettin alla Carbonara. And now we don't have to go out to get it. I make this for special occasions too. Sometimes I substitute with bacon which is delicious as well. Always grate your own cheese.

Sooooo Good!! I used much less Pancetta (about 4 oz. and added boiled (for 3 min., then tossed in ice water, chopped asparagus which added a nice crunch and fresh green flavor to the richness. Used Cipriani Pappardelle, which was awesome!! Husband LOVED it. Am passing this along to my foodies!

I dislike the taste of eggs, so I have always been hesitant to try this recipe, but after watching Nigella make it I was inspired and gave it a try. best decision ever. I ADORE this recipe and even though it is definitely NOT a single serving dish as advertised, I don't mind the leftovers!

I made this recipe tonight, as stated, and it turned out fabulous! It was quick, easy and very tasty. My husband thought the dish was delish and had a 2nd helping. The recipe makes about 4 servings. The only change I made, was to add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving. Thank you Nigella for another fantastic dish!
