    Title of episode was "Solitary Pleasures"--number of servings was given as "1". Yet, the amount of pasta was ONE LB!!?? Impossible. So i reduced everything to 1/4th, except for wine, cream and cheese, which i onlyu reduced by 1/2. Excellent--thanks Nigella!!

    O.K., you have one 14-year-old girl who loves pasta and bacon, together with her mom, who loves eggs and cheese...voila! Spaghetti alla Carbonara. It was easy, delicious, and very comforting on a drizzly night in FL in December. Thanks, Nigella!

    I made this recipe the other day and it was fast and easy. I subed bacon for the pancetta, but it was tasty just the same. I needed to up my black pepper, but that;s just personal preference. Its a keeper.

    this is great when you get home late from work after a 10-12 hour day and want something quick to make and wonderful to eat...isn't that what every Nigella recipe is all about!

    I make this dish often and this is by far one of the better ones! Easy and absolutely delicious. Excellent left overs if there are any!

    This is simple to cook, and fabulous to eat. Makes a big batch for two, though. Used bacon instead of pancetta. A really great dish.
