    I made this last year for Thanksgiving and my family requested it again this year instead of the heavy corn pudding recipe that uses the corn muffin mix. You can taste the sweetness of the corn.

    This is an excellent recipe that I have using for the past two years. I miss Nigella! My entire immediate and extended family always nominate me to bring the corn pudding to different functions! DARN GOOD!!!!!!!!

    This was nice and fluffy. Not too sweet. The only change I might make is to add a little pepper or other spice.

    I was raised in the south & my grandma use to make this & I never had a recipe that came close to that taste until now, if you like southern food this is great tastin! some people would not try this because of the name but dont let that be the cause for not trying it, you wont be disappointed at all, it is oh so YUMMY!

    I did not like this receipe. The eggs overpowered the corn. It needed to be cooked longer. It was bland and I wouldn't make it again.
