I absolutely loved this dish! I used boneless skinless thighs instead of chicken breasts. I also made homemade tarragon mustard, since my nearby grocer didnt carry it, and I added it when I added the cream as the recipes says. I doubled all ingredients which gave me extra sauce for my chicken. Deelish!

Incredible. This was so easy and packed with flavor! I saw this episode and read previous reviews, I know its meant for an easy weeknight meal, but I would entertain with this one!

Good but not great. I followed the recipe exactly. I thought the flavors really did not blend. The tarragon was to strong (I love tarragon and grow it and the Vermouth was to "raw" tasting. I may make it again, but I will change too much to rate the recipe as is.

I love this dish! I ended up using chicken tenders and cooking those first, then adding my green onions and dried tarragon. Extra vermouth and cream, WOW! The fresh tarragon at the end, really makes the dish pop. wonderful flavors.

Amazing and decadent. So easy, and took no time to make. Try it once, and you won't be disappointed. Really, it tastes gourmet but is great for an easy week night dinner. Can't wait to cook it again!

I made this exactly as stated and it was amazing. The sauce was wonderful. My husband loved it and I will make this over again and again. This was my first recipe of Nigella and now I can't wait to try more of them. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Really, this is a terrible recipe. Looked good and sounded good but ended up throwing most of it away.

This is absolutely stunning! It is amazing to be able to cook something so elegant in so little time. The sauce is out of this world (vermouth and cream....how could it not be? This is perfect for a weeknight when you need a little lift!
The recipe calls for two chicken breast, but it makes a generous amount of sauce. If you used four chicken breasts, and served this along with a crunchy salad and some good bread for dipping you could have a family meal or a small dinner party easily!
This is a real winner!

The tarragon tastes wonderful. All my friends were wondering what herb I was cooking with because the smell was mouthwatering. I used half and half and the sauce tasted amazing! So simple and elegant for a dinner.

We loved this recipe. So easy and So Good. I didn't have heavy cream so I just used Fat Free milk. It didn't look as pretty but the flavor was still very good.
