I recently made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house and they were such a hit!
I was told by my family that these have to be my thing to bring every year to each holiday gathering because everyone loved them so much! Very, very yummy!

These nuts are so yummy! I always make them for holiday gatherings and they are always a huge hit with no leftovers!

I'm not fond of some of the nuts in standard mixed nuts. I make these with all cashews and they are phenomenal.

Addictive!!! I didn't have the mixed nuts, so I used peanuts and some stick pretzels... still, VERY good!

I'm a big Nigella fan, and of course when I saw her name attached to the recipe. I had to try it. And I was certainly not disappointed. This was just simply amazing. The aroma from putting these nuts in the oven was just the start. I've brought these nuts to several parties and now get requests to bring them. I personlly perfer the nuts just out of the oven, but they taste great either way!

Such an easy, delicious, and not too unhealthy snack. Hard to believe the ingredients create such a wonderful delight!

My sister made these a couple of weeks ago. The smell in her house was too much to wait for them to cool down so we started snarfing them when they were still oven-hot. Didn't care. They were AWESOME!!! I have two events that I'll be making these for. I LOVE the Chipotle suggestion... will definitely give that a try.

Great nuts! The recipe is a bit off though because on her show Nigella actually melted the butter and sugar/spices in a pan then added the nuts and stirred. That way they were well coated and the sugar was not grainy.

I made them on the weekend when we had company over. The house smelled so good after they came out of the oven and they were gone in minutes. Almost everyone commented on how delicious they were.
