Directions

Coarsely chop the sweet, serrano and habanero peppers. Add them to a food processor, along with the garlic, cilantro, vinegar, agave, lime juice, black pepper, coriander and salt. Pulse until nicely chopped. Add more lime juice or agave to taste.
