i'm going to use this recipe for the dessert at our Church but i'm not going to put the pop rocks in it i'm going to use the duncan hines frosting creations flavor packets instead and put them in the cheesecake mixture :

Tasty! I don't usually like no-bake desserts but this was good. Made it for an 80's themed party and it was fun. The only problem I had was when I got to the party it was put out on a food table and by the time we ate it, it had melted :-( If I make this again I will make sure to leave it in the freezer until it's time for dessert.

My kids thought I was weird for adding Pop Rocks to a cheesecake but it turned out pretty good and they liked it. Instead of sprinkling the Pop Rocks on top of the cheesecake, I'm going to try to mix them in with the cheesecake next time I make this.
