I used one liter of ginger ale - not a second bottle of a lemon lime soda. it was pretty good. I didn't need to use all of the fruit - it looked a little too much and I did use a big punch bowl. Might add some other fruits next time. I did add a few scoops of orange sherbet as well.

I've made this punch several times for office parties and everyone loves it. I keep making it because they keep asking for it. The ginger ale gives it a kick without any alcohol. You could certainly add it if you wanted, but it's really not necessary.
As far as putting orange sherbet in it, that's not my thing, but I'm guessing it would thicken the punch considerably.

I've made this punch for years, but added a container of orange sherbert...that really makes it yummy for baby & bridal showers.

I served this as our cold, non-alcoholic beverage at a party this weekend and people seemed to enjoy it. It's a nice, simple punch.

Is is a bottle each of ginger ale and lemon-lime soda or a combination of the two?
