Very easy to make! I didn't have rolled oats so I used quick oats and they turned out great.

perfect go-to cookie recipe, i made them for the first time today and loved them. But i had to make two batches because in the first batch and maybe i over mixed this or something but all the liquid sank to the bottom of the mixing bowl and the drained batter raised to the top, It was gross but i wanted to try another batch and it came out great., The cookies are so chewy and simple, they tasted nice and homemade. They are great snacks to chew on. They could also be eaten for breakfast. You could give it a boost of flavor with cinnamon. I think they are great. I only had dark brown but i split that with organic sugar and they came out beautiful.

the perfect oatmeal cookie! chewy - simple - so, so good. I add coconut, walnuts and butterscotch - I also use wheat from my wheat grinder and gives a nutty, wholesome taste and texture.

I used other reviewer's suggestions, added another tablespoon of milk, 1/4 c. of oats and less salt. I also added a big handful of chocolate chips. Baked 12 minutes at 325 convection. Quick, easy, delicious.

these cookies were great with a few minor adjustments:
    more vanilla
    cinnamon
    more flour
    whipping cream instead of milk

    LOVED THEM
